FAQ
When can I expect my photos?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service provided. Wedding galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks, while couple sessions are delivered within two to three.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 72 hours notice. If your session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. I understand that life happens and we all have to be flexible to some extent! 72 hours is minimum to avoid any cancellation fee. Your cancellation policy is clearly outlined in your contract.
Can I customize my wedding package?
Yes! I am a firm believer in curating a package that meets all of your needs. My packages are all customizable and I am ready to help you. Please note, all customized packages and sessions are subject to increased starting rates.
Do you offer video services?
At this time, Mya Brown Photo does not offer videography services. However, I am more than happy to recommend some wonderful vendors to add to your day!
